For now you must buy them from the market then use them. Do not buy them from the skill menu. I understand that this is a problem but there are quite a few threads about it. I thought I would just clear it up.

You see, whenever I use a Nanite Injector (Militia Grade) I cannot just walk over to a person and revive them. I need to specifically target a limb such as the leg or arm. Is it supposed to be this way or am I just missing something?

9. Disconnected when using skill book - in Technical Support/Bugs [original thread]
Do not buy Skill Books in the Skill Menu. Buy them in the Marketplace. Also, some Skills require other Skills in order to activate them, so check and see if your able to use it before you buy.
